Can you repair my jewelry?
We provide full service on-site jewelry repair like chain repair, ring sizing, re-tipping of prongs, restoration, re-shank, head replacement, pearl restringing, appraisals, rhodium and gold-plating etc.
Can you repair costume or gold-plated jewelry?
Yes, in many cases we can. We have a laser welder that lets us join breaks in very small pin-pointed areas without loosing much of the plating. However there may be slight discoloration on the weld spots.
Do you repair silver jewelry?
Yes, we can repair your silver jewelry and sometimes even silverware.
What's the turn around time?
Most repairs take about 7-10 days. During high volume times like Christmas or vacation time of jewelers these times may be a bit longer.
I need it faster. Is there an option?
Yes, you can pay for expedited rush service which in most cases is same day service, unless its the end of the working hours or it needs parts.
How much does it cost to size my ring?
Ring sizing prices will vary greatly depending on material (platinum, white gold, yellow gold or silver), thickness of your ring, going down or up in size as well as how many sizes you are going up. Sizing down in yellow gold without any stones starts at $60. If there are a lot of diamonds in the ring, we tighten all loose stones during your repair. We will need to see the condition of your ring before we can give you an accurate quote.
I don't want my ring to leave my sight. Can I watch?
No. Because of our workshop containing others people's jewelry and liability issues, customers are not allowed in the workshop. Please, be assured that your jewelry is save and insured with us.
How will I know when my repair is ready?
Our system will send you a text message to your cell phone number on file, when your repair has passed quality control. Please, be sure to check that we have your current number in our system.
